Perishable Goods

Because our chocolates are perishable, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the case and may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A store credit
  • Or a refund (in rare qualifying cases)

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Items returned without prior approval
